He grew up in Worthington, Minnesota, graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters in Planning from Kansas University, and received a MBA from Harvard Business School. Les received his Broker's License in Real Estate in North Carolina in 1974. He was licensed in Florida in 1983, and is a licensed Broker in five states.
